Wingspan is coming to PlayStation!
There’s lots of good news to unpack here, so let’s go with a bullet point approach this time:

• The game will be coming to both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles, so owners of both will be able to enjoy the relaxing bird-chirping and card-laying.
• Aside from the base game, all DLCs and seasonal decorative packs will also be available at launch, separately and in bundles! These include: European Expansion, Oceania Expansion, Seasonal Bundle & Woodland Wonders Decorative Pack.
• Cross-platform multiplayer will be playable at launch! This means you’ll be able to jump into a game with friends or strangers, regardless of which platform they play on. We’re keeping up with the tradition of bringing the Wingspan players family together!
• As for the release date, we’ll be sharing it real soon, so keep your eyes peeled for the announcement.
• And last, but certainly not least – the PlayStation edition of Wingspan will be coming to the platform in both digital and physical form! Thanks to our friends and partners at Merge Games, we’ll be bringing you a Special Edition box that will not only include the base game, but also the European & Oceania Expansions and the Seasonal Decorative bundle!

And for those of you who like to watch trailers during breaks from birdwatching, here’s a short announcement video we prepped for the occasion:

Honestly, we’re super happy to finally be able to launch the game on the final big platform that the Sony PlayStation is. As mentioned above, the release date announcement is coming soon. And just as a heads-up, we’ll also be sending another, smaller news your way tomorrow – have your inbox beaks ready to catch that worm fresh.

Have a wonderful day and see you tomorrow!

Hello there, Birders!

Happy Wingspan Anniversary!

It’s hard to believe that our digital adaptation of Wingspan is already four years old!

We would like to thank you for all the love and support we’ve been receiving from you through all these years. Your feedback means the world to us and it truly inspires us to make more great games for you!

Since the premiere of the base Wingspan game in September 2020, we have released two main expansions – European and Oceania, and two decorative packs – Seasonal Decorative Pack and Woodland Wonders Decorative Pack. We have started with Steam and made it to GoG, mobiles, and with the upcoming release on PlayStation on October 11th, Wingspan will be available on every major console.

Our team, which originally consisted of seven people, has also grown significantly. We are so proud of our 26 brilliant and talented teammates, 16 of which are currently taking care of Wingspan in many different ways. We couldn’t have done this if it wasn’t for your support and love for the game.

To celebrate this lovely occasion we have prepared a special something for you, dear Birders – a unique Wingspan Anniversary Background!

It will be available for you to enjoy from September 10th to September 24th.

Speaking of feedback, we also have a small request for you.

As it’s already been four years since the release, we would love to know the “current” you. We have prepared a short survey to get a better understanding of your needs and expectations – we would be super grateful if you could find a while to send us your answers!

You can click the button below to fill out the survey!

Thank you for this amazing time together. We’re so excited for what’s to come!
Cheers!
